Two unusual figures on a bleak and ominous landscape gradually realize what they may have to offer each other in this surreal and entrancing animation by Portuguese animator Alexandra Ramires.

Çelo is a village boy who was orphaned at the age of two. After becoming an orphan, he is forced to grow up with his cruel uncle and aunt. The only thing that kept him tied to the village was his deep love for his uncle's daughter, Kezik. As he grew older, Çelo struggled to survive as a shepherd, but eventually he could no longer endure his uncle and aunt's cruelty and ran away from home at the age of 14. Leaving the village with the intention of returning to take Kezik, Çelo finds her married to someone she does not love when he returns years later. Determined to claim his share of his father's fields and the girl he loves, Çelo does not give up, but both Çelo and Kezik will be tested by having to sacrifice great things for this cause.

They are in their thirties. They have now children, an appartment, a work, cars... and still have loves, dreams and passions. They will meet each other, leave each other, under the eye of their kids.

Separated at birth, after 28 years Bhai and Jaan grow up to be as different from each other as can be. While Bhai is outspoken and a little bit of a troublemaker a daring costume designer, Jaan is quite shy and timid. After years of being apart, fate brings the two brothers together, and things take an interesting turn from this point.
